After exiting the arrivals terminal, please proceed to Column F and contact our shuttle service at 1-876-325-1555. Our complimentary shuttle will transport you to the Kennedy Car Rental office within approximately 2 minutes of the airport.

Pickup Instructions- Kingston
Upon arrival, please exit the terminal where a Kennedy Car Rental representative will be waiting to welcome you. Your reservation agent will personally escort you to your vehicle, conveniently parked in the airport parking area.
If you require assistance at any time, contact us by phone or WhatsApp at 876-813-4083. Kindly note that our representative will be present at the airport only during your scheduled pickup time.
Refund policy
Customers will receive a full refund up to 48hours prior to pick up date. After this period a cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.
Accepted Payment Methods
Kennedy Car Rental accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay.
Security Deposit Policy
A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the renter’s credit card at the start of the rental as a security deposit. Security deposit is USD $500.
At the conclusion of the rental, the pre-authorization hold will be released in full, provided that:
The vehicle is returned refueled,
The vehicle is returned to the agreed location on the scheduled date and time, and
There are no charges due for damage, loss, or the renter’s stated responsibility/excess, as outlined in the rental agreement.

Renter Qualifications
At the time of rental, the driver must present a valid driver's license in the driver's name from their country of residence. Customers presenting a driver's license in a non-Roman alphabet must also present an International Driving Permit (IDP) to serve as a translation in addition to their valid driver's license. Driver must have a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Customers must also present insurance coverage details if CDW is not added at time of booking
Additional Driver
If another person will be operating the rental vehicle, they must be registered as an Additional Driver on the rental agreement. One (1) additional driver may be added to the reservation at no additional cost. A maximum of four (4) additional drivers is permitted per reservation. Each additional driver beyond the complimentary driver is subject to a fee of USD $20 per day.
After-Hours Vehicle Return Policy
Kennedy Car Rental Limited offers after-hours vehicle returns by prior arrangement only. Customers must schedule an after-hours return at least 24 hours in advance by contacting our rental office at Kingston 1-876-813-4083 or emailing kcrjamaica@gmail.com
An after-hours return fee of USD $50.00 applies. This fee covers returns made up to three (3) hours before or after normal operating hours.
Coverage
The Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your financial responsibility for damage to the rental vehicle in the event of an accident or collision. When CDW is applied, the renter is responsible for a maximum excess/deductible of up to USD $3,500 per incident.
CDW Rate:
CDW may be purchased at the rental desk for USD $15 per day.
Automatic Application
CDW is automatically applied to all reservations where no valid proof of comprehensive insurance coverage is presented at check-in.
Important Notes
* Luxury SUVs are not included in CDW coverage.
* CDW limits the renter’s liability only up to the stated excess/deductible and does not provide full coverage.
Coverage Limitations & Exclusions
The CDW does not apply in the following circumstances:
* Driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or controlled substances.
* Reckless driving, speeding, or gross negligence.
* Use of the vehicle by unauthorized drivers.
* Damage to the vehicle interior, including upholstery, infotainment systems, or other electronic equipment.
* Major single-vehicle accidents (e.g., loss of control, rollover, or running off the road).
* Theft or loss of personal belongings from the vehicle.
* Damage resulting from negligence, including leaving keys in an unattended vehicle.
* Renters under 25 years or over 70 years of age.
Increased Excess
Please note that the excess/deductible may increase to up to the full value of the vehicle in cases where the renter is proven by police reports to be driving under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, or other controlled substances.

Driving Restrictions
The driver should not be under the age of twenty-four (24) years, possess a valid driver’s license for minimum 1year and should not drive, operate or use the vehicle if any of the following apply:
-He/she possesses a revoked, suspended, expired or otherwise invalid license
-He/she is under the influence of any susbstance which may impair his/her faculties
-The vehicle is being used to transport people and/or property for compensation
-The vehicle is being used to transport hazardous or explosive substances
-The vehicle is being used to give driving lessons
-The vehicle is being used to propel or tow any vehicle, trailer or other object
-The vehicle is being used to enter any competitive racing, pace-making or testing event
-The vehicle is being used in any abusive, reckless, or grossly negligent manner
-The vehicle is being used beyond its rated capacity with respect to weight/occupancy
-The vehicle is being used in any illegal activity
-The vehicle is being used in violation of any parking/traffic rules
Mileage
Our rental rates include unlimited mileage
Refueling Policy
It is our policy to provide the rented vehicle with sufficient fuel (same to same). We recommend that you refuel the car before returning it, because while we do offer a refueling service, it will be more expensive than at the pump.
